Free shipping by carrier freight for items over 30lbs and UPS shipping for items under 30lbs (ie. portable saunas). Items will be sent from the manufacturer within 7 business days and should arrive within 2 weeks of placing an order.
Ordinarily, we do not ship internationally items weighing over 30lbs, unless an international customer is willing to pay for the extra taxes, tariffs and additional shipping charges. Please send an email to sales@saunadream.com noting the products(s) you are interested in ordering and your shipment addres. We will get back to you regarding the approximate shipping costs. Note we do not send products internationally without a verified paypal account. Please see paypal for details on how to qualify for a verified account.
